SqliteProfile
Translates the ANSI SQL version 1 fragment to SQLite.
The profile emits AnsiSqlPredicate with positional parameters and
double-quote-delimited field paths. SQLite IS and IS NOT preserve CEL
total equality without relying on SQLite’s non-total = and != forms.
