Returns the PostgreSQL binding of the timestamp-range library.
The library adds timestampRange(start, end), range.contains(timestamp),
and range.overlaps(otherRange) with half-open range semantics. The caller
MUST map a TimestampRangeType query field to a tstzrange column.
