ConstantFoldingOptimizerOptions configures constant folding without functional options.

knownValues provides values which the folding evaluator turns into literals in the AST.
When omitted, identifiers are not selected as fold candidates.
maxIterations?
Section titled “maxIterations?”

maxIterations limits the number of times literals may be folded during optimization.
Defaults to 100 if not set.
