Converts one outcome to the filter document that a MongoDB driver accepts.
matchAll and matchNone are not predicates, so a caller that branches on
the outcome by hand can reach an unfiltered find by forgetting one of
them. matchAll becomes the empty filter, which selects every document, and
matchNone becomes $nor over the empty filter, which selects none.
Throws when the predicate carries a value that no profile emits.
