PostgreSqlProfile
Translates the ANSI SQL version 1 fragment and PostgreSQL version 1 extensions.
The profile emits PostgreSqlPredicate with $n parameter markers. Its
optional libraries add PostgreSQL arrays, a checked RE2-compatible pattern
subset, timestamp ranges, and simple full-text search.
