NativeObjectDescriptor

NativeObjectDescriptor describes a TypeScript object type exposed through the CEL registry.

TypeScript does not retain Go-style reflection metadata at runtime, so callers provide the equivalent information explicitly. Native values carry $celTypeName to select their descriptor.
